Patti has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Brigham Young University in Elementary Education. After teaching for 7 years, she “retired” and began doing the bookkeeping for her family’s Tree Care Company, Tree Doctors North, Inc. For more than 15 years, she managed all financial aspects of the business and became a QuickBooks expert. In 2011, the tree business was sold so that Patti’s husband could pursue a career in Law. In 2012 Patti organized Simply Balanced Books, received further QuickBooks training and certifications and began helping small business owners manage their companies. With her attention to detail, and knowledge of QuickBooks, she helps small business owners organize their finances and thereby simplify their lives.

A Native of California, she loves the beach and the sun. Arizona has been her home for the past 25+ years. She has five children and loves being a mom. Patti has always loved working with numbers and would love to help you organize the numbers in your life.
